The Breadangels course is run over two days, (please note only the first date is listed below, so the March closures is on two Saturdays 11th and 18th March, the July course is on Saturday 15th July and Sunday 16th July. I will welcome you into my kitchen, which is my microbakery. You will learn how you too can turn your kitchen into a successful microbakery. This will involve baking many types of bread particularly those suitable for scaling up for sale. We will discuss methodology, legal requirements, equipment, marketing and aspects of admin necessary for you to get going. I will provide you with detailed notes, recipes, lunch, refreshments on both days and plenty of fresh baked bread to take home with you. Mortlake station is 5 minutes walk, 25 minutes train ride from Waterloo. Parking is free outside my house.
