Take the Bread Angels course to set up your own micro bakery
The Bread Angels course is 12 hours long. You can choose between courses that run once a week for three weeks, or over a two day period. There are benefits to both. If you take a course to set up a bakery once a week for three weeks you can do some valuable homework and practice baking in between sessions. If, however, it is difficult for you to find three consecutive weeks when you are free for half a day, the two day course to learn how to set up a bakery may be the right one for you. Either way we are here to help you set up a bakery or a community bakery.
Participation is strictly limited so that sessions are intimate and cosy: you have plenty of time and space to learn what you need to learn both from the course tutors and the other participants.
