I am passionate about Real Bread and all things good food and I love to teach other people how to make delicious bread at home. 

You will be welcomed into a domestic setting similar to your own kitchen and shown how to make the most of a conventional oven and to fit bread making around modern life.

You can chose whether you want to learn to bake with Baker's Yeast or Sourdough techniques and I am always happy to discuss tailoring a workshop to your specific needs (to a minimum of 2 students). Just get in touch!

  • Gluten Free baking

    Whether you can't eat gluten free products for medical reasons or as a life option, finding healthy alternatives that are tasty and only full of goodness, at an affordable price, is not always easy!

    With this workshop you will learn to make your own Gluten Free bakes, from bread to cakes, short crust pastry or corn bread.

    You will take home all your bakes from the day and notes so you can replicate this simple recipes and techniques.

    We will share a light lunch at the end of the workshop where you will have time to go through the notes and ask any questions you might have.

    Please note - the workshop takes place in a location where gluten products are usually handled and served and we can't guarantee no cross contamination.

    Workshop takes place at The Platform cafe, Loughborough Junction, London.

    CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY: If you want to change or cancel a full two weeks before your course you can do so with an administrative fee of £15. There are no changes or cancellations within two weeks. We are a small business and hope you understand.
