    Come and learn how to bake bread in my kitchen in a small friendly class. During our time together, we will have fun baking some white or wholemeal loaves, rolls, fougasse and focaccia to take home. We will sample our fresh bread over a meal and have a chance to chat. The classes will be held close to Mortlake station (25 minutes from Waterloo), parking is easy, just ask for a visitors display when you arrive.   • Artisan bread class

    You have made bread before, but would like to gain more confidence and branch out? You could be making some really interesting bread, by mixing different grains, adding seeds, nuts, dried fruit, herbs, vegetables or making enriched dough using fats and eggs. We will make a selection of mothwatering handsome loaves  as well as chat to widen your knowledge of techniques you could use from the endless possibilities. A delicious lunch will be included as well as notes and recipes to allow you to continue your bread journey. You will be going home with a large bag of wonderful bread and the enthusiasm to make more.

  • sourdough class

    Come and learn how to bake sourdough in my kitchen in a small friendly class. During the 6 hours together, you will learn how to make and use a sourdough starter. We will have fun baking some sourdough white, malted or wholemeal loaves, a rye sourdough, sourdough focaccia to take home. We will sample our fresh bread over lunch and have a chance to chat.
