Tom Kemp- Tom's Bakery at Evergreen Farm

Tom runs his microbakery on his organic smallholding in mid-Norfolk and sells his slow fermented yeasted and sourdough loaves to local bread lovers and at annual events around the county. He uses seasonal produce from the smallholding in specialities such as Cider loaves, Pumpkin sourdough and Apple Chelsea buns. Classes are held either on the farm or at a nearby secret location!     Learn basic bread baking techniques to make rolls, a family loaf and pizza or flat breads. All materials provided as well as a snack lunch & refreshments throughout.
