I founded Bread Angels in 2010 to set up a network of bakers and teachers to change the world through bread. We are now the largest network of micro bakers in the world, and are dedicated to baking good bread, teaching others to bake good bread, and helping more people set up their own baking businesses in order to continue to change the world through bread. For now, I am located in Mexico City (long story...) where I bake and teach. I have published three books about bread: All You Knead Is Bread, The Book of Buns, and Perfecting Sourdough, and one book about Mexican food called Mexico: The World Vegetarian.
