My Micro Bakery?
My weekly range of bakes include:
- Wheat - White, brown and Wholemeal
- Rye - plain, fruit and seeded
- English-style tins, Bloomers and Cottage loaves
- French-style sticks, Pain de Campagne and miche
- Italian-style Focaccia's
- ... and much, much more
Our bread is made using organic flour (stoneground where possible) and I use just 4 ingredients: flour, water, salt and yeast (where called for)
