Join me for a hands-on day where you'll get an introduction to all things sourdough. You'll learn about making, using and storing a starter and how to fit sourdough baking around a busy life. Then we'll fire up the oven and mix, knead and bake a range of sourdough breads. There will be plenty of time to chat and ask questions. You'll leave with detailed notes so that you can get baking at home, as well as plenty of bread baked during the day. Class numbers are limited to allow maximum individual attention. A light lunch is included on the day. CHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY: If for any reason you need to change or cancel your class booking, you may do so up to two full weeks prior to your class. No date/course changes or cancellations can be offered within two weeks of a course - we are a small business and hope you understand. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone else to take your place if you wish to do so, without incurring any extra charges. If WE cancel the course for any reason we will refund you in full or, if you wish, we will do our best to find an alternative course for you to attend.
