Take your bread making to the next level! Explore more advanced bread making techniques, including two-step fermentation processes to improve your dough, mastering a delicious sweet enriched dough and getting confident to combine new flavours and advanced shaping techniques in your bread.
Class sizes are limited to allow maximum individual attention and detailed notes will be provided so that you can continue baking bread at home straight away. A light lunch is included on the day. Classes will be held at venues in and around Epsom, Surrey. CHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY: If for any reason you need to change or cancel your class booking, you may do so up to two full weeks prior to your class. No date/course changes or cancellations can be offered within two weeks of a course - we are a small business and hope you understand. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone else to take your place if you wish to do so, without incurring any extra charges. If WE cancel the course for any reason we will refund you in full or, if you wish, we will do our best to find an alternative course for you to attend.
