Hi I'm Brenda Daly, an award-winning baker (both Silver and Bronze at the World Bread Awards in 2017 and again in 2019). I run Daly Bread, a small but friendly microbakery from my home kitchen in Isleworth, West London. I bake bread for local customers each week and I also offer bread making classes. Bread Making Classes
I am passionate about good bread and the process of baking – the feel of the dough, the amazing aromas that waft around the house on a bake day, the satisfaction of seeing a loaf rise and then change colour in the oven, and of course, the texture and taste of the end product. I welcome the opportunity to share my love of bread with you in a baking class.
I offer informal hands on classes for individuals and small groups throughout the year -

- Sweet Artisan Baking
- Introduction to Sourdough.
Scheduled dates for these are detailed below. I can also arrange a bespoke class at a date and time that suits – and I can travel to you too.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations or changes made to your booking two full weeks before the class start date will incur an additional administrative charge of £10. Cancellations or changes made to bookings within two full weeks prior to your class start date are non-refundable. I will endeavour to offer an alternative course date however this will incur an additional administrative charge of £10. If we cancel the course for any reason a full refund will be made.
