Sue Brown runs Forge House Bakery from her home in rural Oxfordshire, specialising in sourdough and slowly fermented breads.

Having baked bread for her family for many years she previously ran a successful wedding cake business and started a micro bakery in 2019 as a way to bring fresh bread to her local rural community where there are very few amenities.  This has proven to be a great success and she also sells at local Farmers markets as well as supplying local cafes.
