We are Jane Todd and Sarah Cripps. We both originally trained as home economists gaining degrees from University of London and Leeds University. We run The Kitchen Front CIC in Harpenden, Hertfordshire which is a community cookery school teaching everyone to cook. We run a wide range of workshops specialising in bread cookery and we are also in the process of setting up our microbakery to bake bread for our local community.
