I’m a extremely passionate baker and chef who loves using seasonal local ingredients to help support small businesses. I run a micro bakery from home Which supplies bread to small local businesses, weekly bread for regular customers and at the weekend I run my bread stall at the local farmers market. I’m a qualified professional teacher and can host anything from small intimate bread courses from my home or larger groups up to 10-30 in any environment be it a class room or outdoors.
