I've been a dedicated eater of bread for the whole of my life but only started making it about 5 years ago. Since then I've become a passionate bread head, especially sourdough. After baking for family and friends 3 to 4 times a week I decided to take the plunge and start a new adventure as a baker and teacher. I now have a micro bakery in Oakwood, Enfield and also teach a range of different baking classes along with my husband Michael Hirschl.
