I have baked bread for my family for most of my adult life and more recently have ventured into the exciting world sourdough .My passion to create good wholesome honest bread continued to grow and in March 2020 completed the Bread angels micro bakery course with Liz Wilson just in time for the world to come to stand still due to the coronavirus pandemic. However much encouraged by Liz, my family and friends and months of baking practice later, my own micro bakery, The Little Bread Shop, is almost ready to be born. Very soon I will be selling bread baked in my home kitchen and delivering to the my local community in West Carmarthenshire . I will be baking to order on one day each week, hoping to be up and running in October 2020....Watch this space
