The Breadangels course is run over two days, (please note only the first date is listed below, so the December one is on Sunday 8th and Monday 9th December and the February one is Sunday 16th and Monday 17th of February. I will welcome you into my kitchen, which is my microbakery. You will learn how you too can turn your kitchen into a successful microbakery. This will involve baking many types of bread particularly those suitable for scaling up for sale. We will discuss methodology, legal requirements, equipment, marketing and aspects of admin necessary for you to get going and give you confidence. I will provide you with detailed notes, recipes, lunch, refreshments on both days, plenty of fresh baked bread to take home with you and ongoing support as long as necessary after the course. Mortlake station is 5 minutes walk, 25 minutes train ride from Waterloo. Parking is free outside my house.
