Full day sourdough course

Traditional, distinctive flavour, easier to digest because of longer fermentation... there's a lot of interest in Sourdough bread. This course aims to take the struggle and mystery out of getting started. You will learn all about the wild yeast culture and take home your very own starter. Along the way you will pick up all the steps you need to make fantastic bread. Lunch included.
