Do you like the idea making bread in your own kitchen and selling it to customers?
Would you love to gather some people in your kitchen and spend an afternoon teaching them to make great bread?
Come and spend a couple of days over a weekend in my kitchen, have some fun making good bread whilst also getting serious with all you need to know about setting up and running a microbakery.
This course is designed to give you the information and confidence you need to go home and get started. It is how I began my life as a micro-baker, and I will offer you the support you need to do the same, and show you how joining Bread Angels can provide you with a community of like minds to inspire you and cheer you on.
Note: This is a two day course. The listed date of the course is the Saturday, but the course actually runs through the Sunday as well, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days with lunch provided. Accommodation not included.
