Rhiannon runs The Epsom Bakehouse, offering fun, hands-on small breadmaking classes. Join a class and learn to bake a range of breads and gain confidence with new skills. Classes are usually held at my house near Tattenham Corner, Epsom, and class sizes are limited to allow maximum individual attention.   • Learn to set-up a microbakery from home

    Are you interested in taking your baking one step further and owning your own business? Join this two-day microbakery course and learn how to set up and run a microbakery from home. Over two days, you’ll bake lots of bread and learn the basic logistics, administration, sales, marketing, legal requirements and more needed to start up from home. Detailed notes are provided to take home. On completion, you'll also join the nationwide Bread Angels network of microbakers who can offer ongoing support and advice, plus useful discounts. Courses are held in Epsom, a 15 minute walk from Tattenham Corner station and with parking on-site. Please note that the course is two days long and those listed will run on 16 and 23 May OR 11 and 18 July OR 4 and 11 September but only the start date is listed. CHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY: If for any reason you need to change or cancel your class booking, you may do so up to two full weeks prior to your class. No date/course changes or cancellations can be offered within two weeks of a course - we are a small business and hope you understand. If WE cancel the course for any reason we will refund you in full or, if you wish, we will do our best to find an alternative course for you to attend.
