Emma Franklin

I am an experienced home baker living in rural Hampshire. I work at an artisan bakery. I sell my bread at local bake sales under the name of The Old Dairy Bakery. My courses are taught in a domestic kitchen, in small friendly classes (maximum of four people). I enjoy passing on bread making skills to others and showing them how much can be achieved in their own kitchen. Follow me on instagram @theolddairybakery
