  • Introduction to Bread Baking

    In this friendly class you will learn how to bake a variety of basic bread . We will discuss role of yeast and flour . You will be hands on making from scratch white loaf, rolls, focaccia-  using traditional knead. A granary style loaf using passive knead and a centrepiece of a Challah . Classes are relaxed and enjoyable with a maximum of 4 students so plenty of time for 1-1 and ask questions. Cost includes all ingredients, refreshments and lunch . Plus you take home all your baked breads .

  • Bun and Bagel Workshop

    Enjoy a bread baking journey on a Sunday morning! Come and learn in my domestic kitchen how to bake bagels like a New Yorker and make some traditional English fruit buns - using a pre ferment . £55 per person. No experience necessary. This fun workshop Includes everything! - a journey across the ocean and back in 4.5 hrs.   • Introduction to Sourdough

    We are kicking off Sourdough September with an Introduction to Sourdough Baking.If you would like to learn to make and bake your own sourdough, or you’ve tried but somehow it’s not quite right then this is the class for you . 

    In this 7.5 hour class we will look at starting and maintaining a starter - demystify sourdough and language used.. we will be hands on baking a range of sourdough breads including wheat and rye, making a pain rustique- a hybrid loaf - making and using our own poolish... you will go home with detailed notes so you can recreate in your own home and hopefully had a great day !! 

    Includes refreshments, lunch, all ingredients plus all your breads baked that day .
