A Leith's trained, World Bread Award winning artisan baker, based in Shepperton Surrey.  Baking weekly bread and cakes for the local community and teaching regular cooking and bread classes.

All courses take place in an informal kitchen setting in my own home, with small classes for plenty of one on one attention.
