Lisa Wilson, LONDON

The Breadworks is a social enterprise teaching artisan bread baking & microbakery start up courses in London.

I became a Bread Angel in 2012 and have been teaching throughout London & the world ever since.  I have a certificate in Nutritional Therapy, and believe in the power of real bread as a basis for a healthy lifestyle.

Workshops run from the lovely 'Secret Cafe' nestled between Kings Cross & Islington. Classes are floury, friendly, fun & very hands on.

From running stalls at Brixton Station Road Market, to feeding Italians at the International Bread Festival in Sardinia, from sharing skills in a womens hostel in Marylebone to working within an NGO kitchen in India - I love how food brings people together, crosses borders, boundaries and unites us.
